Life assurance provides security for your family and other dependants, through a lump sum payment if you die while employed by a Rank Group company. You may need to complete a medical questionnaire or undertake a medical examination to be eligible for this insurance.
So that the Trustee knows
who you wish the lump sum to be paid to in the
event of your death, you should complete a “Letter
of Wishes” form and ensure that it is kept up
to date.

If you are a member of the Rank Group Stakeholder
Pension Plan you should also complete Zurich's
"Nomination of Beneficiaries" form so
that they know who you wish any lump sum benefit
from your Retirement Account to be paid to. Please
